New Features: Hire Requests, CV Sharing, and Customer Consent

  • When you enable the Looking for Work feature and upload your CV, you consent to Fyndii sharing your details and CV with professionals who post hire requests that match your service, skills, and location.
  • Professionals who post a Hire Request may receive information and CVs from customers who have opted in and meet their criteria.
  • Fyndii does not guarantee that you will be hired or contacted as a result of enabling this feature or submitting your CV.
  • All sharing of information is subject to our Privacy Policy. You may disable the "Looking for Work" feature at any time in your dashboard to stop sharing your details with professionals.
  • By using these features, you acknowledge and accept that Fyndii acts only as a matching platform and is not responsible for the outcome of any hiring process or subsequent arrangements between customers and professionals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fyndii (“the Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Fyndii.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting a service request.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services and Professionals

  • Fyndii connects customers with independent service professionals. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any professional listed on the Platform.
  • All agreements for services are made directly between you and the professional. Fyndii is not a party to these agreements.
  • Fyndii does not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any services provided by professionals.

4. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • You will not post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or access it using automated means.

5. Payments and Pricing

  • Some features or services require payment. All fees and pricing are clearly disclosed before purchase or subscription.
  • Professional subscriptions are billed for a minimum term of six (6) months, paid up front and non-refundable. After the initial 6-month period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further payments will be due.
  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. Fyndii does not store your payment information.
  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on Fyndii are the property of Fyndii or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Fyndii provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or services provided by professionals. Fyndii is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or services. Use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
