Safety & trust
Fyndii is designed to make connecting with professional businesses simpler. We also believe users should understand who they are dealing with, what Fyndii does, and the checks they should make before agreeing to work.
Review what has been supplied before making a decision.
Confirm the details that matter for the work.
Both sides communicate accurately and respectfully.
What Fyndii does — and doesn’t do
Fyndii provides technology that helps customers discover and connect with independent professionals. A profile, email confirmation or match appearing on Fyndii should not be treated as an endorsement, guarantee of workmanship, or confirmation of identity, business status, qualifications, licences or insurance.
Service agreements are made directly between the customer and professional. Before proceeding, independently check the information that matters for the type and value of work involved.
A responsible marketplace
Fyndii supports discovery and communication. Customers and professionals remain responsible for the decisions and agreements they make.
Before agreeing to work
The right checks depend on the service. These steps provide a useful place to begin.
Read the business information, services, coverage, portfolio and reviews that are available.
Make sure both sides understand the work, deliverables, timings and exclusions.
For substantial work, keep an itemised price and agreed scope in writing.
Ask for evidence of qualifications, registrations, licences or insurance where they matter.
For larger projects, independently check company or trading information where appropriate.
Retain relevant quotes, agreements and messages for your own records.
If something is unclear or feels wrong, pause until you are comfortable proceeding.
Checks vary by service
These examples are general prompts, not professional or legal advice.
Relevant registrations, competence and insurance may be important. Confirm current evidence with the appropriate independent body.
Consider insurance, previous work, permissions, detailed scope, staged pricing and written quotations.
Check any professional membership or regulatory status required for the service you need.
Ask about relevant training, qualifications, professional registration and insurance.
Review portfolios, ownership terms, deliverables, milestones, revisions and payment arrangements.
Profile information
Professional profiles can contain a business name, description, services, contact information, location and working area, portfolio media, qualification documents, Google Reviews links and Fyndii reviews.
This information is supplied or uploaded by the professional. Fyndii does not currently validate identity, business status, portfolio ownership, qualifications, licences or insurance. Customers should independently confirm anything important to their decision.
A completed professional email-confirmation step indicates access to that email address.
Reviews on Fyndii
Professionals can share a public Fyndii review link. The person using it enters their own name, rating, comments and service date.
A completed Fyndii transaction is not currently required, reviewer identity is not confirmed, and there is no built-in moderation, professional-response or review-reporting workflow. Treat reviews as user-submitted information and consider them alongside other checks.
Trust works both ways
